Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are hiring a customer service representative (CSR) to answer phone calls and manage customer queries. You will be asked to price glass, process orders, quote windshields/flat glass, look up makes and models of vehicles with various part numbers and choose the correct one. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm in a busy work environment, take good notes and have experience working with computers. Good, friendly customer service is a must.
